Marika Michaloudakis

Marika is the principal and founder of Arch Construction Law.
She is an experienced litigator in complex multi-party building disputes in all jurisdictions ranging from the VCAT to the High Court. In addition to building disputes, Marika provides advice and representation in relation to building contracts, employment, insolvency and debt recovery matters, disciplinary proceedings, building prosecutions and Worksafe Investigations.

Teneile Lambe

Teneile acts for a broad range of clients, including developers, residential homeowners and builders with respect to both litigious and non-litigious matters. Teneile assists clients with reviewing and drafting building contracts, subcontracts, consultant agreements and contract administration guides, Building and Construction Industry Security of Payment Act matters, domestic building disputes and other complex multi-party building litigation.
Teneile’s attention to detail, diligence and “can do” attitude makes her a valued member of the Arch Construction Lawyers team.

Helen has over 40 years experience working alongside and assisting senior legal practitioners in complex commercial litigation matters.
